What an accountant asks first.

What currency do you bill in?

We bill in the local currency of the country where your company operates: CLP in Chile, EUR in Spain, USD in international markets. No exchange-rate surprises within the annual contract.

What happens if we use more hours than included?

We notify you when you reach 80%. Any additional hour requires your written approval before being executed. You never get a surprise invoice.

Do you handle Odoo version migrations?

Yes. Migrations (v16 → v17 → v18 → v19) are quoted as separate projects from the AMS contract, with scope, test plan and cutover window defined before starting.

Do you work with Odoo Community or Enterprise?

We work with Odoo Enterprise. If you're on Community today, we'll happily walk you through the step to Enterprise — including license assessment, migration plan and orderly data handover.

Which Odoo versions do you support?

Versions 17, 18 and 19. Earlier versions require case-by-case evaluation — we usually recommend migrating before operating if you're on 16 or older.
